Standard UPS Ground shipments are usually processed within 24 hours.  UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select orders go out the same day, if received by 11 a.m. Pacific time, Monday through Friday (except holidays).  

You will receive an email with tracking information for your order. You can also check the status of your order by returning to this website and clicking on the "Your Account" link in the top right hand corner of the page.  Once you log in, you will be provided with order status and tracking information.

When you receive your shipment, please inspect it carefully. If you find any damaged or missing items, please contact us within two business days so that we can send you a replacement. 

If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping charges are your responsibility. Product must be returned unused with all original packaging and accessories. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your original delivery date. Include a copy of your sales receipt with your return. A return authorization number is not required. Simply meet the above conditions and return the product to the address shown above. Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be given a refund.
