How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are based on the weight and dimensions of the package and the distance to the location we are shipping. Shipping costs are calculated using current real-time UPS shipping rates. If you want a shipping cost estimate, simply proceed to checkout and the various shipping options and their respective costs will be displayed once you provide your shipping address information.
How long will it take to get my order?
Next Day Air, Second Day Air and Three Day Select orders go out the same business day if received before 11 am Pacific Time. Ground orders typically ship within 24 hours and take 2 to 7 business days to arrive in the USA. Delivery time of International orders varies based on the country.
What countries do you ship to?
Our online store is set up for US, Canada and many other locations worldwide.
Where is your company located?
Our company is located North of Seattle Washington just off of Smokey Point Boulevard in the city of Arlington. We are strategically located near West Coast ports where many of our products arrive from overseas. This location reduces the cost to get goods to our warehouse in the Pacific Northwest.
Do you have a “brick and mortar” store I can visit?
We do not have any retail stores, however we do have a warehouse in Arlington, Washington. If you'd like to pay us a visit to see our products in person, or pick up an order, please contact us in advance to make an appontment so that we can be sure to have someone available to assist you.
Can I place an order with my mobile phone?

We do not have a paper catalog, but you can rest assured that our current product offerings and pricing are kept up-to-date on our website.

Do you offer coupons or promotional codes?
Yes, we do offer promotional codes periodically. To receive a promo code, please subscribe to our email list. When we start a new promotion, you will be emailed the applicable promotional code.
What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, you may return the item(s) for a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping charges are your responsibility. Product must be returned unused with all original packaging and accessories. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your original delivery date. Include a copy of your sales receipt with your return. A return authorization number is not required. Simply meet the above conditions and return the product to the address shown above. Do you offer quantity discount pricing?
Quantity discount pricing is available for many of our products. You can view the quantity discount price level on an individual product page above the “Add to Cart” button. Do you have a minimum order? We welcome orders of any quantity. Some products come in multi-packs which are not sold singly, but the majority of our products are sold in single units.
Do you charge sales tax?
Only orders shipped to the State of Washington are charged sales tax. All other orders are not charged any sales tax.
